If young people stay in some form of learning beyond the age of 16, they are far more likely to realise their full potential.

For individuals, it will become increasingly difficult over the next ten years to get a job without basic qualifications.

Working with employers and businesses to help them develop the skills of their workforce in order to boost productivity.
